BTEC - ANNUAL FEES

BASE Performing Arts offers the option for both a non-paying course, as well as a top-up course.

Top up fee course per annum: £2,100

NON-PAYING COURSE

Our non-paying course covers all of the VLUK required hours for students to complete their level 3 BTEC qualification. The timetable is with our faculty and still covers high quality training in the subjects listed per week:

*Successful applicants, for both courses, are required to pay a £150 enrolment administration fee to secure their place.

This fee covers the administrative processing associated with securing your place and completing your enrolment.

Please note: the £150 enrolment administration fee is separate from the £2,100 course fee and is therefore not deducted from the course fee. This fee is also required for enrolment if choosing the non-paying training.

*These fees are inclusive of VAT. And are fixed for the two-year course. They are NOT subject to any inflationary increase.

*Not included in the Tuition Fees advertised are any additional costs such as dance equipment (including clothing), travel and maintenance, and health insurance/cash plan.

*Annual fee will be expected to be paid in termly payments, after initial deposit to hold your place upon the course.

BASE Performing Arts – Flexible Payment Option

Invest in your training. Spread the cost.

At BASE Performing Arts, we want to make professional performing arts training as accessible as possible. Our Flexible Payment Option allows eligible students enrolling on our Accelerated Industry Year to spread the cost of their training over 25 monthly payments, with no interest added.

1. Payment Plan at a Glance

Full course fee: £5,100
Payment period: 25 months
Monthly payment: £204
Interest rate: 0% APR
Total payable under the payment plan: £5,100

There are no interest charges added to the course fee under this payment arrangement.

2. How It Works

Once your place on the Accelerated Industry Year has been confirmed and your Flexible Payment Option has been agreed with BASE Performing Arts, you will pay the course fee in 25 monthly instalments of £204.

Your first payment date will be agreed with BASE before the payment arrangement begins. Subsequent payments will be due monthly on the agreed date until the full course fee has been paid.

By choosing this option, you agree to pay the full course fee in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, subject to the terms of your enrolment agreement and your applicable statutory rights.

3. Payment Method

BASE will confirm the available payment method and provide the relevant instructions before your payments begin.

You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time and that your payment details remain accurate and up to date.

4. Missed or Late Payments

If a payment is missed or cannot be processed, please contact BASE Performing Arts as soon as possible.

We will contact you to discuss the outstanding amount and, where appropriate, agree the next steps for bringing your payments up to date.

Any action taken in relation to missed payments will be in accordance with the applicable agreement and relevant law.

5. Withdrawal or Cancellation

If you decide to withdraw from the course or cancel your enrolment, please notify BASE Performing Arts in writing.

Your rights and any amounts payable following cancellation or withdrawal will be determined by the applicable enrolment terms and conditions and relevant law, including any applicable cancellation rights.

Choosing the Flexible Payment Option does not remove or restrict any statutory rights you may have.

6. Completing Your Payments

Your payment plan will be complete once all 25 monthly instalments have been paid and the full £5,100 course fee has been settled.

You may contact BASE Performing Arts at any time to request confirmation of your remaining balance or to discuss your payment arrangement.

7. Agreeing to the Flexible Payment Option

Before entering into the arrangement, students will be provided with the relevant payment terms and asked to confirm their agreement.

By accepting the Flexible Payment Option, you acknowledge that:

The full course fee is £5,100.
The agreed payment schedule consists of 25 monthly payments of £204.
The interest rate is 0% APR.
The total scheduled amount payable is £5,100.
You are responsible for making payments in accordance with the agreed schedule, subject to the terms of your agreement and your legal rights.
